Last updated: July 25, 2026

Legal notice

In accordance with French Act No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, the following information is provided about the seoedgeai.com website. Owner status: private individual. The site's creator and publication director is Jourdelune (a natural person), who wishes to remain anonymous. Contact: [email protected]. The site is hosted by OVH, located at 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.

Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the seoedgeai.com website, its dashboard, the Cloudflare Worker and edge proxy it deploys in front of your site, the AI agent, and the blog engine it publishes to (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you fully and unreservedly accept these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms for it. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Service.

The service

SEOEdgeAI puts a Cloudflare Worker in front of your existing site — either deployed for you once you connect your Cloudflare account, pasted in yourself, or replicated with one nginx directive if you run your own reverse proxy. The Worker forwards requests to our edge proxy, which rewrites the title, meta description, response headers and JSON-LD structured data for that page, and serves your blog directly under the path you configure. An AI agent decides what that content should say: it reads your site and your Search Console and analytics data on a schedule, plans changes, applies them at the edge, and later reads the real results to keep or revise them. Which of those the agent may touch — titles and meta, structured data, blog articles, and links to other sites we manage — is controlled per site from Permissions in your dashboard; turning one off stops the underlying tool from working, not just from being suggested.

Your account

Signing in is done exclusively through Google OAuth; there is no separate SEOEdgeAI password. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for the security of the Google account it is tied to. You must have the right to connect any site, domain or Cloudflare zone you add — either as its owner or as someone authorised to modify it, since connecting a Cloudflare zone lets us deploy a Worker that intercepts its traffic.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, defamatory or deceptive content; to connect a site or Cloudflare zone you do not have the right to modify; to abuse the Service (circumventing limits, exploiting bugs, deliberate overload, attempting unauthorized access); or to interfere with the operation of the Service or of any site it fronts. If these rules are broken, we may restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Service, without notice or compensation.

AI-generated content is published as yours

Titles, meta descriptions, structured data, blog articles and mini-apps the agent produces are published on your own domain, under your own brand, exactly as if you had written them yourself — you remain solely responsible for reviewing and, if you choose, editing or removing anything it publishes. You control how far it goes: keep any category on manual review, or let it run on autopilot. Article volume is capped at 30 per site per month — a product decision, not a technical one, aimed at keeping publishing at a pace no scaled-content policy would flag. Content the agent publishes to your own site is yours to keep, edit or remove at any time; the Service itself — the Worker code, the proxy, the agent and its tooling — remains our property, described in Intellectual property below.

The cross-site backlink network

If you leave the corresponding permission on, articles the agent writes for your site may link to other sites we manage when it genuinely helps the reader, and other customers' articles may in turn link to you — this is what the network gets you back. Before any site can receive such a link, we run an automated review of it (refreshed monthly) to check it is not gambling-, fraud- or adult-adjacent; a site that fails this review is never linked to, regardless of anyone's settings. Turning the permission off means your articles never mention another site we manage.

Fees and billing

SEOEdgeAI currently offers a free plan with no credit card required. Where we enable a paid plan, it will be billed through a third-party payment processor — your card details will never be stored on our own servers — in advance, on the cycle you choose; you will be able to change or cancel it at any time, with the change taking effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer-protection right you have under the law of your country of residence.

Fail-open design and availability

The Service is designed to fail open at every layer: if our proxy is ever unreachable or errors, the Worker (or the equivalent nginx directive) sends the request straight to your origin instead, so your site is never dependent on our uptime. We make every effort to keep the Service available without being able to guarantee it — it is provided on a best-efforts basis, and interruptions for maintenance, outages, or caused by third-party services (Google, Cloudflare, our AI or hosting providers) may occur at any time. We are not liable for issues on your origin site itself, which we never modify.

Termination and deleting your data

You may stop using the Service at any time. Removing a site from your dashboard deletes its configuration and its deployed Cloudflare Worker; the Account page in your dashboard lets you disconnect Cloudflare, remove every site, and delete your account and all associated data yourself, in one place. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic or revenue outcomes, which depend on factors outside our control, including how search engines and AI answer engines behave and change over time. The statistics, leaderboards and previews shown in the dashboard are indicative; if you notice an error, tell us at [email protected].

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or unavailability of the Service, from content published by the agent on your site once you have left it live, or from third-party services (Google, Cloudflare, our AI provider) the Service depends on. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or right that cannot be excluded under the mandatory law applicable to you, including any statutory guarantee of conformity for digital content and services.

Intellectual property

The Service — including its website, dashboard, Worker code, edge proxy, agent tooling, trademarks and logos — is our exclusive property, excluding your own content and third-party content. Reproducing, adapting or redistributing it without prior written authorization would constitute infringement within the meaning of Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, in particular Act No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, the Intellectual Property Code, the GDPR and the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended. Any dispute relating to the Service falls, failing amicable resolution, under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts. If you use the Service as a consumer, nothing in this section deprives you of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves, in particular to reflect changes to the Service or to the law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version; continuing to use the Service after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
